Hey. Award season is over so let me look back at yesterday’s Oscars and share with you a few of my favorite moments.

First of all, can I say “I TOLD YOU SO?” Because I totally did told you so that Rami Malek would win an Oscar for his Freddie Mercury performance in 4 Academy Award Winner movie Bohemian Rhapsody.
Critics who? Boh Rap just won Best film editing, Best sound editing, Best sound mixing, and Best actor award!  Love my Boh rap crew from the bottom of my heart.

Rami just became the first Arab and first Egyptian actor to ever win an oscar and that deserves some extra recognition. I had no doubts in Ramis abilities and I’m so happy he’s getting the praise he deserves.

The funniest thing about his oscar is the crooked bow tie he’s wearing. During the night you could see tons of actors trying to straighten Ramis bow tie for him including Lady Gaga but unfortunately without any use. I think it only adds to his charm.

Lady Gaga won an oscar for Best original song – Shallow from A star is born. She performed this song on stage with Bradley Cooper and the sparks between the two were flying wild. People started question whether they are acting anymore or are there something real going on between them.

Must have been awkward for Cooper’s girlfriend in the audience to watch such a heated looks exchange between the couple. Irina Shayk made sure to sit between Bradley and Gaga – just in case.

Jason Momoa shared this cute picture of his wives on Instagram and I’m just loving it.

Speaking of Jason and his snazzy pink velvet jacket – velvet seemed to be a favourite among the stars and I’m all for it.

Boys wearing the velvet jackets in bright colors is something I’m hoping will catch on.

Btw – can we make Chris Evans escorting actresses to the stage and annual thing? I mean he’s doing it anyway and being so cute about it so…

But the title of velvet king goes without a doubt to Billy Porter. I’m sure we’ve all been waiting for his next breathtaking outfit and this Oscars he ruled us.

Why wear a simple tux when you can wear a tux gown?

It was a truly a remarkable night and it lived up to its expectations.

Let me know your favorite moments in the comments. I’m sure I’m forgetting so many of them.

Thank you for your attention

Great shouts. I’d have to add Spike Lee finally winning an Oscar and his happy leap.

Oh man, some of those dresses were really out there! In a what were they thinking way?? It was fun though I’ve been thinking Oscar fashion has been so boring the last couple of years so it was more than made up for! Jason Momoa looks amazing period (in my eyes) but I would have loved to see him in a classic tux 😉

Love the Oscars but thought they were lacking something this year, like major star power. Hopefully next year was better
